- Smoking inside the rooms will result in a cleaning fee.

- Quiet Hours
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Cancellation Policy
Standard Reservations
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
- No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Non-Refundable Reservations
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
Group Bookings
- For bookings of 5 or more rooms, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Force Majeure
- In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or pandemics), the property reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at its discretion.
