Hotel Policies

Reservations

Payment

Adults Only Policy

  • The property is strictly for adults aged 12 years and above.

Pets

  • Pets are not allowed on the property.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • Smoking inside the rooms will result in a cleaning fee.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of items provided during their stay.
  • Quiet Hours
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Cancellation Policy
 
Standard Reservations
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows or cancellations on the day of arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Non-Refundable Reservations
 
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.
Group Bookings
 
  • For bookings of 5 or more rooms, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Force Majeure
  • In unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or pandemics), the property reserves the right to modify the cancellation policy at its discretion.
